Splashes of Color
No macro shots today. These are were all shot on the Canon 330HS which Canon will cease to make as they leave the compact camera industry. I guess they think the flappy mirror monstrosities that they push are somehow money makers. I can’t say I miss my Canon 5DMK2 but I would miss my 330HS.
Do you really think Canon would leave the point & shoot industry? I’d be shocked if they really did.
The market is almost gone with phones replacing compacts. The sensors and lenses in phones are advancing to the point where they are comparable so I can see it happen.
Nice photos! Cacti give such beautiful flowers. The ferns are so colorful and I would like to have the fountain in my backyard. Nice start with the photos for a Wednesday.
