Yes, I do believe it is Caesar himself.  While I color corrected the image casino lighting is horrible to begin with so I went for the black and white film look and pleased with it.  I just selected a Fuji film out of Silver Efex and went with it and then tweaked out the green to get a darker background.  The important part being his face and the images on his breastplate are what counts and I like the feel of the image.
