Sanibel Island

Road out to Sanibel Island today with my Dad and the weather wasn’t great.  There was a storm coming in so only snapped a few shots off.  It’s 50% color and 50% black and white.

Streets of Tijuana Part 3

I am coming to the end of the Streets of Tijuana with a few more “street photos” left then I move into some of the other things I saw while I was there.  These shots are definitely off the the tourist trail and I was the only gringo floating around the area.  I don’t compose my shots when I do street photography, instead I just point the camera at something I see interesting and hope for the best.  Some compose, I just spray and pray.  There is no wrong or right when it comes to photography.  All of these were run through DxO Film Packs and I stuck with one filter, Fuji Velvia 50 because I just like the warmth it brings into the photos.

Extra points if anyone figures out the titles for the photos and their common thread.  Of course if you pay attention to the way I name most of my pictures it isn’t that hard.

The Streets of Tijuana 2

More from the streets.  Did I mention I love Tijuana?  Point if anyone can figure out where a couple of captions came from and still playing with DxO Film Pack.
