Architecture Landscapes Shapes Street Photography

Out of the Darkness and Into the Light

The alternate title would be the Bethesda Metro escalator which doesn’t sound as cool.

I had to return my freshly acquired 24-70 2.8 lens because it had a wee bit of a focusing issue… like not focusing at all be it manual or automatic.  The good people at KEH Camera who I have purchased and sold many a lens from and to gladly did a RMA and have another one ready to ship me post haste.  How this relates?  I obviously had to walk down to the Fed Ex store to drop the shipment so I saw it as a perfect opportunity to wander and do some photography while getting paid.  To justify it all I did go to the Apple store and buy a new iPad for the COO.  A few hours killed and about a 100 pictures out of the excursion.

PS – Check out that ISO!
