Shadows and Water Drops
I saw this plant and knew it was going be in black and white instantly because I wanted to shadow the leaves. The water drops aren’t from rain but the window washers that were cleaning the outside windows. The other unique thing about this picture is that I shot this on the venerable Canon 400D with the even more ancient Tamron 18-200. I have been in a shooting funk with all my high end gear and wanted to prove to myself that its skill, not gear that make a picture.

The plant is healthy and fine. I just shadowed it on purpose. Trust me, its new.
Then glue some leaves on the poor thing. It looks naked!
Nice shot. This plant needs some help. It is good you are bring some attention to it.
I too believe this plant could use some love. I will pray for its leafy soul.
