Sharing the Shade

Could not post yesterday due to a work schedule from hell that saw me working 14 hours so I’ll redeem myself today with this one.  The shadows and the bright sunlight made this shot hard to edit but I liked it and the lottery seller (the guy sitting) saw me taking the picture.  I just like the contrast of the two guys sitting in the shade and enjoying it.

Coffee Anyone

I have been buying coffee from this place in the Central Market since my first trip to Costa Rica years ago.  This guy has been working there the last 3 years or so and is always excited to see me with a camera and then rapid fires Spanish at me.  I have to tell him to settle down Beavis (really ask him to speak slower) and then he wants pictures taken.  I debated on leaving it in color but the light was horrible so enjoy.  For those two readers most interested in my visits there, yes I have your coffee.

Sorry for the extended absence but I was on a Chromebook when I traveled and you can’t do much editing with it and when I ran out of preloaded images I could not post anymore.  This one came from a band I shot while I was in Costa Rica.  I took it on the Panasonic LX7 and I can see it struggled for low light without flash so its a bit noisey even at only ISO 800.
