The Stranger

I debated writing on a commentary on this but I’ll let the images speak.  The gentleman posed for the pictures and he was paid for his time and I promised him I would show his earring off when I published the images.

This man’s pictures reflect the many homeless people in the metro area and accross the US. Some claim they are the lost Vietnam vets that had never received the help they need when they returned from this war. Some claim it is the mentally ill. This man does not look old enough to have served in this war. He seems to have a disability but we do not know whether it is a ploy to get people to give him money or not. Shoud we give to him money or not is the question because so much or all of the money, many claim, is used on Alcohol addiction. It is a thought to ponder when we see someone begging for money. I can not see what the earring was or meant to him. Perhaps the photograper can tell us,
