I have been watching these guys screw up traffic do street repairs for the last few days. Today I had the chance to get the picture. This guy had such character about him that I wanted the shot. So I got into position and snapped regardless of the outcome. I used some advice I have learned from Eric Kim and just smiled after I took the shot and gave him a big thumbs up. He smiled and laughed back and I waved and went on my way. I used a new Lightroom plugin designed by a street photographer. I debated on lightening it up a bit but the guy was really dark skinned so I left it as is. To me it adds to the photo.
